Our system navigation assistance services are geared towards helping clients navigate and have access to systems based on needs to advance their economic, physical, and emotional well-being. Again, we begin with a needs assessment that informs the case manager to provide clients with access to services that remove barriers and/or meet clients’ specific needs.
